In an increasingly disconnected world, coaching offers hope; by reconnecting people not only to each other, but more importantly, to their core values.

Welcome! I'm really glad you are here.
I collaborate with mid-career professionals.  I coach successful women to create positive change and practical solutions that are aligned with their legacy goals. So they can:
What might it feel like  to partner with someone dedicated to the reality of you accomplishing your higgest goals? I invite you to reflect on just how great that might feel.

Feel Better.
Do Better.
Live. Better.

I've been helping women get better at this thing called life since I was an Army Wife at West Point in the 1990's!  My Coaching Story I have been helping women improve their lives since I was an Army wife in the 1990’s. You see, as a Military wife, young mom of three, I realized  that if I wanted to make progress in my life, it was up to me to do it.  At the time I was frequently overwhelmed.  Military life felt like a lot. It was difficult trying to navigate the challenges of deployments, moving, managing a household and trying to start a career with three small children, half a degree and no time or money to spare.   And so, I finished my degree in Economics, earned an MBA, started a consulting practice, developed coaching programs for women, became a Bronze-Award Winning Federal Economist for the BEA, an 8(a) BD Program and Compliance Analyst for the SBA,  served as Research Director for one of the most competitive County and State Governments, applying data and analytics to support organizational goals and {identify meaningful outcomes/ strategies accomplishment of objectives } Wow, what an accomplishment, Elizabeth! Hang on; My reality was:  some years between 2007-2016 I was commuting 2 hours (each way ! ) into DC from our home in the Virginia suburbs; my husband was regularly deployed around the globe in a stressful pos I was overwhelmed, overcommitted, overburdened and felt like a complete failure at all of those roles I had worked so hard to carve out for myself.    I felt like the dumbest rat in that race.   Some things had to change. And I subsequently changed a lot about my life.  It wasn't easy and wasn't without its trade-offs. I took a real look at my life during those critical times with some meaningful assessments, worked hard to continue improving myself , identified points of leverage where I worked with clarity and intention to create positive changes and develop keystone habits that would serve me well in the long run. And I want to begin a similar process together with you! Nothing about my life is perfect.   But my health is better than it was, my marriage is more successful than it was, and most importantly, I am content with the life I have created in my own image.
